Staying at Jájome Terrace was an absolutely beautiful experience. This boutique hotel offers about 10 comfortable cottages with charming Latino campo vibes that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for deep rest. We chose to stay on the second floor without AC to experience the natural campo breeze, and it was phenomenal. Falling asleep to the sound of rain and coquíes is something truly special — a very authentic Puerto Rican countryside experience that you can’t replicate anywhere else. The on-site restaurant, Levante, deserves its own praise. The food is truly authentic Spanish cuisine. Some people comment on the rice, but the reality is that this is real, traditional paella, prepared exactly how it’s meant to be. In fact, the paella has been officially recognized and certified by Spain’s consulate in Puerto Rico, making Levante only the second restaurant on the island to receive this distinction. The menu stays true to Spain with classic tapas and rice dishes, and the croquetas are exceptional — you truly can’t go wrong with any of them. We ended up ordering all of them… because why not? Every single one was crispy, creamy, and full of flavor. From time to time, they also offer delicious specials like a tomahawk steak or lamb chops, all perfectly executed! The waitresses, manager, and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even had the pleasure of meeting the amazing chef, Miguel — truly a ray of sunshine, generously sharing his culture, passion, and love for Spanish food with everyone. If you’re looking for a place that combines peaceful nature, comfort, authentic culture, and outstanding food, Jájome Terrace is a must. We will absolutely be back to eat and stay!

I visited restaurant on a Sunday and the idea was just to have some appetizers and dine somewhere else. My experience: Scenic view- superb! Service- Very Good! Food- 7/10 Codfish croquettes- seemed not well cooked, as if they were still a bit frozen Octopus- a bit chewy and scarce! Calamari- very good, but very scarce! Manchego cheese fried balls- very good! Guanabana juice- scarce, just a little glass , full of ice bd not even a mint leaf to garnish it, the amount was like for a toddler Value- too expensive for the quality and amount of food. It feels they have risen the prices and reduced portions, not fair and leaves a bad impression. Not sure if I will come back, but the environment is definitely good.

The view here is spectacular and truly breathtaking! We also had a great experience with our server, Santiago, who was excellent. As for the food, the rice tastes delicious and the portion is perfect for two adults. However, the menu is quite limited. While the flavor is there, the rice felt a little "ciego"—it really needs more protein, seafood, or longaniza depending on what you ordered. The drinks were also delicious and complemented the meal well. Definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere!

The view is always spectacular. The service was very good, but the menu was limited not many choices. You could have paella or tapas.

The view is great , but the food is definitely not. I have eaten paella before such better flavor than this , even in a Spanish panadería . Sorry, but will not recommend this place!
