You agree not to use another person’s account.

3. Booking & Payments

Area acts as a booking platform between users and venue/hotel partners.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
Area is not responsible for any direct disputes between users and vendors but may assist in resolution.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the venue or hotel partner. Users are responsible for reviewing policies before booking.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Attempt to disrupt the app’s functionality
Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

Provide accurate listing information
Honor confirmed bookings
Maintain service quality as described

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, design, features, and branding are the property of Area. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

Area may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Area shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.
